Although Brightlife delivery has ended, we leave behind a legacy of learning and resources. These resources are available on this website to support organisations providing services and activities for older people and particularly those seeking to address loneliness and social isolation.
Brightlife supported 3754 individuals over the age of 50 at risk of social isolation and loneliness.
We thank all those who have contributed to the Brightlife story, including our volunteers, providers, strategic partners, Age UK Cheshire our lead partner and most importantly, those people who came forward to participate in Brightlife activities.
The following organisations/websites provide support, advice and resources relating to Brightlife themes, including tackling isolation and loneliness, supporting older people, volunteering, social prescribing, co-production and related research and learning.
