Lonely in a Crowd Summary

The Lonely in a Crowd project was funded as part of Brightlife’s ‘Brighter Ideas’ strand. This fund encouraged local groups, voluntary organisations and businesses to come forward with ideas to reduce isolation and loneliness for older people within areas or communities of interest.

Lonely in a Crowd was a regular weekly social club for people with learning disabilities and/or autism as well as people with dementia and their carers.

Snow Angels – Lonely in a Crowd was delivered by Snow Angels with an award of £7,036.
