NHS West Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group is made up of 35 GP Practices from the three localities of Chester City, Ellesmere Port and Neston, and Rural. Each Practice has a Patient Participation Group; patients who work together to improve NHS services.

DSN is the service provider organisation for D/deaf* people in the county of Cheshire and the surrounding areas. These services are delivered under contract for Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, and Flintshire Councils.
Rural Community Services (West Cheshire) (RCS) offers accessible, enjoyable and enabling daytime activities for older people in rural West Cheshire in order to help reduce isolation and loneliness of older people through six OPAL Clubs (in Frodsham, Helsby, Kelsall, Malpas, Tarporley and Tattenhall.)
Sanctuary Housing manages more than 6,600 homes in six areas in and around Chester. With a wide range of homes available to rent or buy, it is committed to providing quality homes and excellent services that meet the needs of the local community.
Chester Voluntary Action convenes regular meetings of the Inter Faith Forum which aims to raise awareness of - and celebrate - the diversity of faith and belief groups within Cheshire West whilst strengthening links between all faiths.

Brightlife works closely with academics from the Centre for Ageing Studies at the University of Chester to conduct scientific evaluation of all our programmes. The aim is to produce a comprehensive report on the social connectivity of older people living in Cheshire that will be used in the development of a sustainable community engagement plan.
A team of volunteer ‘co-researchers’ take part in all aspects of the research process including data gathering, analysis and report writing. Full training and support is given to all volunteers through a five-week training programme (5 x 2 hour sessions).
